- GrabFood & Foodpanda: Scan the QR code printed on your packing receipt to claim your cashback.
- Oddle Delivery: As QR codes are not printed for Oddle delivery orders, please email your order details to marketing@spizza.sg and we'll manually credit the cashback to your La Nonna Rewards account.

Cashback is valid for 90 days from the date it is credited to your account.
No. Cashback cannot be used on orders containing promotional items or in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or offers. Customers must choose either cashback or another available promotion.
You can earn cashback on eligible takeaway and delivery orders where applicable, including eligible third-party orders by claiming via the QR code on your receipt.
However, cashback redemption is available for dine-in only.
